A Perfect Storm on the horizon

“A perfect storm” - that’s how I respond when people ask how things are at the Light House these days. Three incredibly large events have converged on us in one place and at one time. First, the teen pregnancy rate in the USA is on the rise for the first time in more than a decade. This is a major change in the more than ten year pattern of decline. The implications of the increase in teen pregnancy are far ranging on our culture and on the lives of the unborn.

We need 150 churches/organizations to join us in the 2009 Bottles for Babies Campaign.
We will provide your church/organization with colorfully baby bottles, a DVD about our ministry, posters and brochures. You simply ask your members to take the bottles home, fill them with their change and return them to the church/organization. [...]
